Off the heels of Helene the Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministries and local medical providers passionate about medical care in the community have come together to create NeighborCare; a cost free medical clinic for the Swannanoa Valley. Dr. Wes Hite of Wellspring and Ann Marie Hammond, NP of Blue Ridge Health in Marion, NC have had passions of starting a program in the valley to provide care for those who desperately need it. A large percentage of the community has a need for this type of care and no better time than when we are fresh in the deepest need.
