Off the heels of Helene the Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministry and local medical providers passionate about medical care in the community have come together to create NeighborCare; a cost free medical clinic for the Swannanoa Valley. Dr. Wes Hite of Wellspring and Ann Marie Hammond, NP of Blue Ridge Health in Marion, NC have had passions of starting a program in the valley to provide care for those who desperately need it. A large percentage of the community has a need for this type of care and no better time than when we are fresh in the deepest need.

If you are looking for ways to donate to our organization, we are currently raising funds through this platform through the Asheville Marathon.
Clinic is open for PCP/Urgent Care related situations. If we are open, feel free to walk in. We can manage sickness, wounds, labs, orthopedic care, non-narcotic prescriptions, and general family doctor related situations.
We are working with various providers to provide access to specialist needs including for the eyes, teeth, pediatrics, orthopedics, and pharmacy. If these are things you need, please click the scheduling link to be seen to be referred for one of our contracted specialists. There is no cost to you.
